If you would like to place an order telephonically with any florist, need help, or have a special flower or gift request, please contact our call centre on 087 1511 508 (VOIP). The Call centre is open from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.  The call centre is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.



How do I return flowers or Gifts?


You can return your order for replacement or a refund for the following reasons :.Flowers and Perishable Products:If you have received a product that is not fresh or not to your satisfaction through a Floristweb member Florist, we will replace that product free of charge, but because of the perishable nature of most Floristweb member Products please make any complaints within 1 working day of the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with any of your Flowers, Plants and Gifts, please contact us by e-mail or call our call centre and we will replace your item or refund your money.. 

Speciality Gifts

Speciality Gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 2 days of reciept of the item) provided the items are returned unopened with the original packaging materials and documentation. Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is the result of an error on our part. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item or speciality gift item, but the original and return delivery cost will not be refunded.There will be a small admin charge taken for Credit Card Processing fees but this will not exceed 5% of your total order value.
