If you are dialing from outside of South Africa please click here. The Call centre is open from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 10am on Saturdays. The call centre is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

If you have received a product that is not to your satisfaction through a Floristweb member Florist, we will replace that product free of charge, but because of the perishable nature of most Floristweb member Products please make any complaints within 1 working day of the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with any of your Flowers, Plants and Gifts, please contact us by e-mail or call our call centre and we will replace your item or refund your money.
